All estimates are free and non-binding unless a written contract is signed by both parties. Service availability may vary by location.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
📱 A2P SMS Terms — Required by Carriers
Program Description: By submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from American Remodel. We operate two SMS programs:
Transactional SMS: Messages related to your estimate request, appointment scheduling, project updates, and service reminders. Consent to transactional messages is separate from marketing consent.
Marketing SMS: Promotional messages including special offers, seasonal discounts, and home improvement tips. This program requires a separate, explicit opt-in.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on your project stage and preferences.

- Unforeseen site conditions discovered during work
- Changes in material costs after estimate issuance
Our Price Match Guarantee applies to written estimates from licensed, comparable contractors for identical scope of work in the same service area.

- Not submit false or fraudulent service requests
